At Digital ID Technologies (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable customer service. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

Returns requested after 7 calendar days may be accepted at the discretion of Digital ID Technologies (Pty) Ltd and will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied:

Opened consumables, including ribbons, retransfer film, cleaning kits, and blank cards

Custom-configured or special-order products

Clearance or end-of-line items

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where applicable:

The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.

Digital ID Technologies (Pty) Ltd may require the product to undergo supplier or manufacturer testing before a refund or replacement is approved.

Products found to be damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs will not qualify for refund or replacement.
If the return is approved due to supplier fault, defective goods, or incorrect delivery, return shipping costs will be covered by Digital ID Technologies (Pty) Ltd.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Bank transfer refunds may require additional verification.

5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved subject to stock availability.
If the replacement product differs in price:

The customer may be required to pay the difference, or

A store credit/refund may be issued for the balance.
6. Return Procedure
To request a return, exchange, or refund:
